Full-Time Digital Product Manager
Art Fund is the national charity for art. We help museums buy works of art, support curatorial projects of many kinds and encourage people to see and enjoy art in public collections across the UK.
In 2015 we undertook an R&D project to look at UK Museum & Gallery online ticketing capability. As part of this wider project, we built a prototype online ticket management system for potential use by museums who charge for admission, but currently have no ability to sell admission tickets online. We have now secured funding to turn this prototype product into a fully market-ready facility for use by a number of our museum partners.
An experienced digital product manager, you’ll have the experience to create a product roadmap that will take the platform to live. Able to work with multi-disciplinary teams and external stakeholders, you’ll be a skilled communicator, who is able to develop consensus and be expert in defining requirements to meet and champion user needs. A passion for, and experience of, creating great digital products in a service or ticketing environment is essential. You’ll have an excellent understanding of best practice UI and UX design and knowledge of user research and usability testing best practices. In addition, sound project management and project delivery skills should be coupled with an understanding of agile delivery techniques and tools.
