What You’ll Be Doing
Reporting to the Group Product Director, the Head of Product will hold the responsibility to manage the day to day operations, supervising and supporting the Product Managers in their interactions with Production Engineer, Architecture, Digex and Production.

Specific responsibility include:
Maintain and update the Production Tech Roadmap Lead prioritization meetings across Production Support the Team to achieve OKRs
Identify new products that help to deliver Production 2.0 strategy
Liaising with Physical Product Team to assist and prioritise new product launches VOC analysis as required by the business for new products and or value analysis / value engineering ( VA/VE )
Manage the full product life cycle in alignment with the Group Director strategy Measure success of Team projects
Establish a strong product management capability across production
Contribute to key Group Projects which are part of the Product Director Portfolio
Act as deputy of the Product Director with internal and external stakeholders as and when required.

About You
Significant experience within Product/Production Management, Project Management and Technology Development involving defining the Product/ Production Engr. Roadmap Good knowledge of Shipping and manufacturing
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
Good Data analysis experience
Experience in Transformation and a keen eye for operational excellence
You are a collaborator who can work with the engineering teams to simplify production processes and workflows, and drive value
You get a lot done., working very efficiently, and routinely deliver the right things Getting a pulse of the Dev./Engr team, learn about the history (lot of people skills here) of the team and technology etc.
Leadership skills, ability to cut through ‘clouded thinking and siloes, leading from the back
You go beyond stories and product releases of any solution, and look at metrics and impact and evaluate outcome
Experience -Recognising and adopting best practices in business requirements analysis, data integrity, test design, product quality validation, and lessons learnt.
