Technical Product Manager (Integrations and Operations)

Your role

  • Drive the strategy and development of our externally facing APIs
  • Be responsible for leading integrations with 3rd parties such as charge point operators and vehicle manufacturers
  • Own the development roadmap for our internal customer support tools
  • Communicate product plans to stakeholders and internal users
  • Coordinate with other product areas to ensure timely delivery of user-facing features
  • Establish and maintain a data warehouse and analysis tools
  • Ensure that product, processes and tools are in place to meet business objectives and operational needs, and monitor their performance against defined SLAs
  • Participate in industry working groups to define interoperability for electric vehicle charging
  • Be responsible for smooth operation of our backend systems including release management, platform security  and operational metrics

Your profile

  • A degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years experience in Product Management
  • Strong technical skills
  • Knowledge of agile software development processes (especially Scrum)
  • Experience managing development of internally- and externally-facing APIs
  • Strong hands-on mentality
  • Business oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Highly skilled in communicating with external partners
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts in an accessible manner
  • Based in Berlin or willing to relocate
