Presto is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our product team. The ideal candidate brings experience building B2C and B2B products at scale, and is not afraid to dig in! This is a customer facing role that will have you gathering requirements and developing innovative features for major household-name restaurant brands including Applebee’s and Outback Steakhouse. By blending a creative and analytical approach to problem solving, you will be expected to drive both business results and develop new ways for restaurants to improve their operations.
Qualifications

- Working with restaurant partners, design innovative new features aimed at improving customer acquisition, personalization, and customized experiences
- Gain deep understanding of our partner’s business models, priorities and product roadmap, as well as technical product features in order to identify and pitch strategies for optimizing restaurant operations
- Work cross functionally with design, product, data analytics, and engineering to lead ideation, creation, and launch new monetization related content and features
- Measure and inform internal team as well as external stakeholders regarding the success of content and features after release. Optimize performance through results, consumer feedback, and data driven iteration
- Balanced approach to using intuition and insights, developing hypothesis and then executing analyses to drive direction
- Ability to develop clear, concise product requirements and specification documentation
- Knowledge of consumer trends, especially in personalized shopping or browsing experiences, and guest recognition
- Ability to work and drive results independently as well as collaborate with others on solutions
