Note: This role can be based in Seattle or San Francisco.
Docusign has been expanding its product line through a combination of new development and acquisition. As we’ve grown, there has been an increased need for a set of common services which all of our products build upon. The Platform team is responsible for driving these initiatives and touches a broad spectrum of problem spaces including user identity, account provisioning, distributed storage systems, developer enablement and DocuSign appliances.

You will work closely with Product Development, Customer Support, Account Management, IT, Customer Experience, Security, Legal, and Trust, to develop the systems necessary to provide a solution that provides the highest level of performance and scale that our customers have come to depend on from DocuSign.
Your work will be directly tied to our business metrics such as revenue, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
