We are looking for an EMEA Product Director to lead the strategy and growth of our NxT products.
JLL are accelerating the digital transformation of our business and we have already generated major success stories following the launch of our NxT products in across Europe. With NxT, we are leveraging new data and software to reinvent our clients’ decision-making process, creating an innovative experience of Real Estate transactions. The incoming NxT Product Director will enter a truly unique role within the Global CRE sector, with the opportunity to play a crucial role in accelerating our digital growth.

What this job involves
Reporting to the EMEA Chief Digital Officer, you will:
•Lead the product strategy and alignment of objectives & budgets
•Develop a robust roadmap across all NxT products
•Drive product excellence – develop the team and organisation in a customer centric, modern product approach with cross functional team working effectively across the NxT products and geographies.
•Champion business engagement of the NxT offering to ensure optimal use and success
•Develop strong relationships across the business to support our customer focused organisation
•Collaborate with the EMEA brokerage teams to champion the growth and evolution of the products
•Identify customer & business needs and create market leading solutions for a growing capability within the organisation
•Select appropriate partners to aid successful achievement of our goals
•Communicate progress and successes of the NxT capabilities internally and externally

You are a talented digital product leader with a successful track record of launching and growing new technology-based products. You have respect for the range of talents (technical and business) that contribute to success in the discipline, even where it differs from your own user-focused approach.
You love making clear, prioritised plans that reflect the business’ requirements, are driven by customer needs, and understand what is realistically achievable by the people in your team. You also enjoy helping others understand how the trade-offs work so that everyone’s getting what they need.
You are able to illustrate a deep understanding of:
•Digital Product Management, User Experience & Design
•Developing or working on a start-up product and scaling across a large business
•Agile delivery methods
•A data driven approach with a solid understanding of Analytics, BI and Research
•Working within a client-service environment
•Customer engagement techniques
•Working in a large company, able to manage priorities in a complex environment
•We are flexible as to your previous industry sector experience
