Reporting to a Senior Product Owner, you’ll define, champion and execute the strategy by delivering first-rate products and pursuing continuous improvement with a focus on both customer and business needs. You’ll undertake competitor benchmarking and analysis, research of customer needs, business case preparation and presentations to senior stakeholders.

The capital investment into Technology, here, is around £150m. So there’s huge scope to define a career path, grow and learn within the role. A real people person with outstanding influencing skills, you’ll have a background in product and UI design methodologies, e-commerce experience and an understanding of information architecture. Comfortable using PowerPoint and with a methodical approach to problem solving, you’ll be passionate about online, digital and the customer experience and never satisfied with the status quo – always striving for better.
