Reporting to a Senior Product Manager, you’ll help to define, champion and deliver the overall digital roadmap for web, tablet and mobile interfaces, across our grocery, non-food, ebooks and entertainment properties. It’ll be up to you to understand our product vision and strategy for each product, to learn to write in an agile style and to benchmark and analyse competitor activity. You’ll also support the execution of our DX strategy, engaging with stakeholders, preparing business cases and mobilising a cross-functional team to deliver product improvements.

The capital investment into Technology, here, is around £150m. So there’s huge scope to define a career path, grow and learn within the role. A basic understanding of agile working is essential and you’ll ideally have a background in e-commerce product management. Advanced Excel modelling and analytical skills, a methodical approach to problem solving and outstanding communication and organisational skills will also be essential.
