UX/UI Designer

Group: Technology | Function: Product DesignWe’re looking for a UX/UI Designer with strong consumer-facing website experience to join our Lisbon team and help continue to bring to life a new and fresh company rebrand that has just launched in February. We’re also maturing our design systems and you’ll help work to help integrate it.

You’ll have clear targets and measurable objectives making this a perfect role for you if you’re seeking to make an impact.

You’ll work with and learn from the other talented, fun and humble designers at Onfido, that are inclusive and welcome new perspectives, and you’ll benefit from well-defined career progression, as well as opportunities to work on different areas of the product in the future.

Your mission will be to improve the conversion rates and create a world-class website and signup experience.

To achieve this you will:

  • Improve conversion rates via A/B testing, content design, and experimentation (about 50% of your time)
  • Design and iterate on a SAAS style signup flow to further improve speed to conversion (about 30% of your time)
  • Enable and support other teams to improve the sections on the website they’re responsible for (about 20% of your time)

REQUIREMENTS

What we’re hoping to see highlighted on your CV and application:

Essential:

  • Strong website design experience
  • Strong Sketch experience
  • Some experience with A/B and remote user testing

Desirable:

  • HTML/CSS experience
  • Previous SAAS website experience

OTHER INFORMATION

The interview process will involve:

  • Simple profile matching from us – assessing your application against the role

  • Do at home task where you give a bit of an insight into how you approach problem-solving
  • On-site two-way technical and cultural conversations with the team

This process should take around two to three weeks, depending on diaries.
