Technical Product Manager

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our awesome team. You will be the bridge between Business Development and Tech, helping the BD team to close the deals through supporting them from a tech point of view during sales pitches. You will also act as a technical consultant for our partners, so it is key you have thorough knowledge of the product along with a business/ sales acumen.

What you’ll be doing

  • Oversee development stages and have accountability for driving the product strategy, roadmap and execution
  • Working closely with Business Development team to anticipate and address partner needs and pain points
  • Prioritise needs (scope, timelines, resources)
  • Collaborate with the tech team to establish timeline workflows, goals, and product benchmarks
  • Utilise the data provided into user stories and necessary product requirements
  • Acting as the primary liaison for product queries, anticipating partner needs and address them
  • Handle conflicting priorities well, communicate clearly and understand how to drive a high level of focus and excellence
  • Evaluating integration progress and advise partners to increase conversions, and performance etc.

Who we are looking for

  • 4+ years previous experience as a technical account manager, product owner, or similar role.
  • Qualified or demonstrable experience in a related field
  • Solid understanding of the product life cycle
  • In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies, technical understanding of products, and up-to-date on industry standards and best practices
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
  • JIRA understanding is desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Accurate and precise attention to detail
  • Previous technical support background is desirable
  • Exposure to an ever changing scale-up environment is beneficial
  • Experience working in the mobility industry preferred but not essential
