Senior Product Manager

Internet Creations is re-energizing and expanding its Salesforce AppExchange product line. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with a proven track record of success in product management specific to software, preferably related to the Customer Service industry. Ideal candidates will have a strategic mindset, a focus on quality, and strong collaboration skills.

Responsibilities – Product Management

    • Develop and Implement Product Strategies Consistent with the Company Vision and Product Philosophy
    • Define & Communicate the Philosophy and Vision for the Product
    • Regularly Perform Pricing and Competitive Analysis, Analyze Industry and User Trends, and Recommend Strategies to Improve Market Position, Improve Product Quality or Reduce Support Costs
    • Accountable for Product Performance by Setting and Tracking Success Metrics that Inform Product Roadmap
    • Manage Product Release Versions, Push Upgrade Schedule
    • Quality Assurance for New Apps, New App Releases, and New Salesforce Releases
    • Manage Product Roadmap for Specific Products [Shared with Director]
    • Create/Manage Development Cases for Feature Requests and Bug Fixes
    • Regularly Review Bug Fix Pending Cases to ensure timely delivery (per customer contract terms)
    • Ambassador for Products with Salesforce Account Executives / Sales Engineers, giving presentations at private and public events
    • Facilitate App Release Meetings with Sales Team
    • Work with Marketing Team for Product Communication, Release Upgrades, New Features

Responsibilities – Product Feedback

    • Reviewing Product Ideas for feedback and feasibility, Internal IC & Customer Community
    • Manage Customer Advocacy Panels for Specific Products [Shared with Director]
    • Manage Product Pilot Programs

Responsibilities – Product Support / Adoption

    • Maintain Product Documentation, Knowledge Base, How-To & FAQ
    • Create Written Walkthroughs & Video Screencasts for Product Features
    • Assist with and Understand Product Support Cases to Listen for Key Use Cases
    • Mentor for Product Support Team – Product Features


    • 5+ years Product Management experience
    • Customer Support related product management experience
    • Has successfully launched a new software product / significant feature
    • Experience writing technical product documentation and release notes
    • Strong presentation skills
    • Knowledge of the Salesforce platform preferred
