You know and live state-of-the-art trends in UX/UI design and have an idea how e-commerce processes are? Become part of our Munich product team and work with us on the Merchant Center (the UI of our platform SPHERE.IO) – one of the best e-commerce solution in the market!
Responsibilities:
– Manage products and product groups through all phases of the product lifecycle
– Define and specify requests in terms of user stories and acceptance criteria
– Close cooperation with our clients, Frontend and Backend team
– Taking care for the product backlog and sprint planing
– Manage the SCRUM process filling the role of the Product Owner
– Build and manage strategic partnerships and support the sales team on selected pre-sales activities
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Communication Design and/or equivalent experience/qualification
– Min. 3 years of practical work experience as product manager with focus on UX/UI ((ideally in a corporate environment)
– High quality standards
– Proven practical experience with Lean Methodology (MVP etc.) as well as with design of enterprise scale backend applications
– Strong interest in state-of-the-art e-commerce solutions and UX/UI trends
– Good English language skills (German is a plus)
– Excellent problem solving skills and a structured, analytic and self-contained way of working
– Excellent communication skills and capacity for team work
– Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to capture complex processes and interrelations quickly
– Aspiration to constantly improve yourself and learn new technologies, concepts, etc.
Nice-to-have’s:
– Experience with programming / testing of applications
– Experience with agile development
– Understanding of asynchronous/non-blocking programming
– Experience in working with Jira and Confluence
