About the role
We are looking to recruit a results-oriented and collaborative Product Manager, ready to work on a number of strategic projects. We are looking for individuals who have experience building commercial B2B web products and services, with a track record of delivery. Engaging internal and external customers and other product managers to identify new product opportunities.
Define & design product features, and working closely with development teams to quickly get them in the hands of customers.
Experience defining products, extensive experience in leading diverse, cross functional teams, and will meet a high technical bar.
Understand complex business problems, apply strong analytical skill and create an effective strategy
Work closely with user interface design, engineering, and business to define detailed requirements and develop products.
Measure and analyze product and feature performance for opportunities to innovate, improve customer experience and increase adoption.
2-3 years experience as a Product Manager
Experience with Agile Methodology
Experience having launched start to finish consumer-facing online products.
Ability to work to tight deadlines and juggle multiple priorities
Bachelor’s degree (2:1 equivalent or better)
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, presentation and negotiation skills
Track record in working closely with engineering teams to deliver on aggressive schedules.
Knowledge of SQL and Excel/Google Sheets
Knowledge of UX/UI design and process
Knowledge of Google Analytics, MixPanel or other online analytics suites
Domain experience in e-commerce, marketing, commercial.
