As part of our Product team, you will define and build Limelight’s Enterprise Platform solutions to solve mission-critical problems for our customers and help them realize their business objectives.
You will work closely with the product management, UX design, product marketing, project management, engineering, and enterprise delivery teams to define the “whole product solution” for our customers. In this role, you will assimilate a huge amount of information, feedback, research, and data together with creativity to define a vision for your product.
You will be responsible for executing on that vision by both evangelizing it and building an actionable plan. You will work day-to-day with the development team to define and iterate as you go, solving problems as they pop up and closely managing scope.
In this role you will evaluate opportunities and determine what gets built and delivered to customers, describe what needs to get built on the product backlog, and make sure that what goes on the product backlog is worth building.
Product Managers at Limelight Health become an acknowledged expert on the customer: their issues, pains, desires, how they think, how they work, and how they decide to buy, use both qualitative and quantitative learning to understand customers and how they use our products. You will be the undisputed expert on your product.
In addition, work with Subject Matter Experts to understand and follow key trends in our market, competition, technology, and customer expectations and behaviors.
