Reporting to the CEO, the Head of Product is responsible for Movio’s product vision and overseeing every element of product development from its conceptualisation to its post-launch performance. Building innovative products that align to Movio’s vision and mission, and have a direct and measurable impact on Movio’s key business KPIs.

Responsibilities will include:
Product Vision/Strategy
The main priority of the Head of Product is to drive Movio’s product vision transforming it into a clear, well articulated and measurable product strategy, ensuring that the product vision and strategy are understood throughout the business and decisions are made in alignment with them.
Product Execution
Drive the transformation of ideas into working products through the use of modern product management techniques including product prioritisation, product discovery, and product development processes.Ensure all products have measurable outcome oriented goals before being built. Responsible for setting and driving adoption, engagement, and retention metrics for each product in conjunction with other business stakeholders.Team Performance & Development

Responsible for structuring the product team in a way that supports delivery of Movio’s product vision and strategy.

Fostering a Culture of Product Management

Responsible for fostering long-term organisational culture with well-defined methodologies and procedures for conducting research, design conceptualisation, prototyping, and product development across the entire product management department.

Product Innovation

Drive the process of product innovation ensuring that Movio’s products continue to be industry leading.


  • Approx. 3-5 years in a senior product management position in a leading high-growth technology company
  • Well-developed people management skills
  • Proven experience working within a software development environment (SaaS preferred)
  • Ability to provide strong mentorship and key relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for the movie/entertainment industry
