(Junior) Product Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

As the (Junior) Product Marketing Manager at NavVis in Munich, you’ll help drive the commercial success of NavVis’s products. In this multifaceted role, you will focus on our hardware products, working on both from the development side of marketing and the customer-facing side, positioning our products before and after launch. You will work across teams to understand how our products meet customer needs and then translate this into compelling marketing collateral and campaigns. Our ideal candidate is creative, energetic and flexible and is excited about technology. You are someone who does not shy away from deep diving into complex topics and you are a strong communicator that can translate complexity into effective marketing messages that catch users attention and drive action. While you do not necessarily need to have product marketing background, ideally you will have gained some experience in a related field, and have an understanding of tech, B2B and digital marketing.

Develop and evolve NavVis’ product positioning and messaging in close sync with our product teams
Develop a deep understanding of NavVis products and customers
Partner with marketing team members to execute innovative marketing campaigns, SEO and web design to build high quality pipeline
Drive creative content development including but not limited to product messaging and benefits; social, push and email copy; and promotional videos
Support key product go-to-market tactics such as positioning, naming, external communications, competitive analysis, project management and audience research
Manage the release communication for our hardware products, liaising with our PR agency.

2+ years of experience in B2B marketing for technology or a related field such as product management or consulting
Ability to craft compelling messaging & positioning for complex technology products
Hands-on ability to create a range of marketing assets (including on-message product demo videos, product pitch-decks, product data sheets)
Ability to thrive in a highly entrepreneurial, fast-changing, and collaborative environment where people are driven and enthusiastic
Excellent written and oral English communication skills
