Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager with a mix of strong software product management experience, broad market and technology knowledge, and proven drive toward successful product and customer experience drive. At Livefyre, you will join a team that delivers real-time content and experiences for large media and brand customers using our SaaS offering. You will work across the organization to deliver products that wow customers and drive success for our business.

Key responsibilities:

Define and deliver the roadmap for multiple products and contribute to our overall product strategy and vision based on constant market, customer, and user research.

Prioritize and manage a large number of new product projects and ongoing feature and bug requests.

Use Agile development methodologies to create use cases, user stories, and test scenarios and cases.

Engage with customers and users to understand problems, needs, constraints, and requirements and to validate and refine features, products, and solutions across the product lifecycle.

Collect input from and communicate priorities and plans to stakeholders across sales, marketing, customer success and support, legal and finance, and development.

Work with the entire product, design, and engineering team in creating great customer and product experiences.

Collaborate with engineering managers and teams to ensure timely high-quality development and delivery of products.

Incorporate ongoing customer and stakeholder feedback and user studies across development and release cycles.

Produce and maintain cohesive product specs and positioning docs that establish and communicate product vision, requirements, rationale, functions, and usage overview.

Create positioning and training documents that support marketing and sales teams as products are released and launched.

Communicate directions, plans, projects, and changes across the product lifecycle.

Skills and Experience:​

5+ years enterprise software product management

Enterprise with Agile development methodologies, Enterprise SaaS products, Marketing and Publisher Products

Ability to lead via influence, patience, and determination

Strong communication and presentation skills

Strong analytic and problem-solving skills

Collaborative, team player that works well with designers and developers

Skilled at owning outcome, anticipating potential challenges, and shaping projects accordingly
