BENIVO gives HR teams the power to provide an outstanding welcome experience to relocating employees or new hires. We predominantly work with Recruitment and Global Mobility teams in large organisations to make every employee welcome in their new city.
Our HR tech platform and destination support have earned 6 industry awards in the last 12 months. Now, we’re looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to help us further improve the user experience. You’ll also help us better understand our users and translate their feedback into polished existing and exciting new features.
The ideal candidate is dependable, collaborative and able to solve problems creatively and effectively. This is mostly a stand-alone role, part of a small Product team (3 in total), and reporting to the Head of Product.
About the role:
- Uncover user needs and opportunities and promote user-centred design practices across the business.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- We value cross-functional collaboration and feedback. You’ll work closely with the product and the remote development team, as well as other business teams (Sales, Customer Service, Content, etc).
- Bring simplicity, user-friendliness and intuitiveness to our complex platform.
- Balance user needs, business and technical requirements.
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off.
About the candidate:
- Experienced UI and UX designer, strong portfolio required.
- Proficiency in common design and prototyping tools.
- Able to rapidly sketch, prototype and test solutions.
- Ability to deliver excellent outcomes within tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with a small company environment (resourceful, collaborative, adaptable)
- Highly organised with a flexible approach to working
- Able to design across desktop, iOS, and Android platforms, ideally.
