Working within the ZPG Product team, your role will be to help define the consumer product roadmap and deliver initiatives to evolve and extend the service, increase engagement, grow market share, and increase overall product performance.
Responsibilities
* Develop robust qualitative and quantitative insights to drive and support the product roadmap, working collaboratively with other teams / stakeholders
* Assist in defining the product roadmap and strategy for all consumer focused products and services, liaising closely with stakeholders
* Produce business cases, getting buy-in for product concepts
* Deliver concise and well-defined product requirements / user stories for technical implementation
* Ensure KPIs and performance measures are actively monitored, and report on products / feature post launch
* Work closely with engineering teams to ensure products are delivered as planned
Role Requirements
* Digital consumer product background with experience in product ownership from inception to delivery
* Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
* Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across all stakeholders; experience working closely with user experience, design and engineering teams
* Excellent insight skills – analytics (GA or equivalent), A/B / multivariate testing and qualitative analysis (e.g. surveys, focus groups, usability testing, etc.)
* Experience delivering a cross-stream consumer experience (desktop, mobile, tablet); * * App experience advantageous
* Experience with different product development methodologies
* Experience working in a fast-paced digital environment
* Degree level or equivalent
