Product Marketing Analyst – Mobile Apps

As a Product Marketing Analyst with the Digital Commerce Team at Choice Hotels, you will play a key role in helping our guests travel connected via our mobile apps. Downloading and booking travel directly on the Choice Hotels mobile apps is the most convenient and lowest cost option for our guests as well as for our thousands of franchise owners. To achieve our goals, we need a data-driven Product Marketing Analyst to help spread the word and get more people to download and use our mobile apps.

The Product Marketing Analyst will help evolve the Choice Hotels mobile apps, the quickest growing and most loyal channel for customers as they shop, book, and manage hotel reservations. As a member of the mobile product team, you will assist in the development and analysis of marketing campaigns that drive users to adapt the mobile app as their primary booking channel. You will work hands-on with user researchers, designers, software developers, and partners in business units across the company to make sure the marketing campaigns we develop are reaching full potential and driving valuable channel shift to the app. As well, this person will be responsible for running mobile A/B tests, and evolving the mobile messaging and push notifications in the app.



  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) required; marketing and/or technology fields is preferred
  • 3+ years of marketing technology experience; experience running campaigns
  • Expertise and experience with consumer-facing mobile apps is highly preferred
  • Exposure/experience with A/B testing
  • Excel proficiency required
  • Proficient in analytics tools; LeanPlum and Adobe preferred
  • Agency experience preferred
  • Analytical thinker
  • Ability to dissect data to gain knowledge
