Lead and facilitate the scoping and design of large and complex programmes and projects
Lead the development the programme definition documents for programmes and project initiation documents for projects

Define project tasks and resource requirements
Develop and maintain programme and project schedules and update progress
Secure from line managers adequate resource allocation to programmes and projects
Support Senior Responsible Owners and Sponsors with governance of programmes and projects
Manage programme and project budgets
Provide direction and support to project teams including external suppliers
Manage effective stakeholder engagement
Manage quality assurance
Continuously monitor progress, risks and issues
Manage exceptions and changes in programmes and projects
Regularly produce the required documentation on progress, exceptions, risk and issues
Help maintain and continuously improve TSA’s programme and project management framework
Provide training and support to staff in other departments in implementing TSA’s programme and project management framework
