At the moment we are looking for a motivated Product Owner to join our team.
Your tasks:
You lead a cross-functional product development team through the product development cycle. You steer the future, vision, and direction of the product. Balancing requests from different stakeholders and user research with real deadlines is your bread and butter. You have a genuine interest in technology and have a passion to deliver cutting-edge products.
You will lead the development team that develops “Orbit 3D”. This piece of desktop software is used to configure and manage our hardware speakers. Have a look at our existing 2D control software to get an idea about some of the current functionalities.
Tasks:
- Interact with stakeholders throughout and outside Holoplot, consolidating their requests into backlogs and managing expectations
- Define, maintain and drive product timeline to meet project deadlines
- Coordinate and define a strategy for overlapping areas between the different software products named above
You:
- You are a superb and pro-active communicator
- You have at least 5 years experience leading cross-functional teams in their development
- You are familiar with 3D suites/editors in general, familiarity with 3D audio is a huge plus
- You understand the separation between the what/why and the how; you are capable of understanding complex architectures and layered applications
- You have experience with an agile development cycle but aren’t too dogmatic on the subject
- You love to take on responsibility and work with a team
