Product Managers define a vision for expanding and innovating our consumer- and internal-facing products to banish the parking headache in cities the world-over. They then secure internal buy-in, and finally manage the development activities needed to execute against that vision and to put that end product into customer hands. They work in an agile environment leading the development of our web and native apps.
*What are examples of work that Product Managers have done at JustPark?*
Defined and then delivered the new award winning iOS and Apple Watch apps
Established and evolved Scrum and Kanban processes (tailored to fit each team’s needs) to help ensure delivery
Oversaw redesigns of driver pages from introduction to booking to simplify the user journey
Launched and managed A/B tests to validate internal hypotheses across the site and maximize driver conversion
Plumbed the depths of analytics packages to identify critical insights and drive prioritization decisions
*Requirements*
We would like you to have the following skills and experience:
5+ years’ Product Management experience delivering innovative consumer internet products
A background in multivariate and A/B testing and customer research
Passion for beautiful and innovative products
The technical savvy needed to handle and be respected by a world-class development team
Proven leadership skills with the ability to make decisions without perfect information
