As the Director Product Growth you will directly impact user growth for our new and existing products and services, as well as serve as a thought leader to the organization on key strategic initiatives. Our User Growth and Adoption team (“UGA”) is uniquely situated at the intersection of product, design, data, marketing, and broader strategic efforts.

About the Team
Asurion’s User Growth & Adoption (“UGA”) team is growing quickly to support the needs of various product teams within Global Product Development. Acting as internal consultants, UGA partners with existing Product teams to devise the best growth strategies for their product or service. We move quickly to understand the customer need, product/market fit, and create marketing plans to increase new users and/or improve existing user adoption.

What you’ll do
Execute growth initiatives/ campaign calendars for specific products on time, accurately and within budget.
Drive growth efforts across touchpoints, while acting as the lead for building a robust growth test pipeline for new growth ideas
Drive conversion rate increases across channels
Own and optimize user acquisition campaigns, including tool selection, campaign materials, and vendor partnerships
Lead and manage A/B/N testing efforts on campaigns
Help build play-books and growth processes to ensure operational efficiency and redundancy
Work with Data analytics team to understand and optimize segmentation and user acquisition tactics
Develop innovative strategies to increase new customers & decrease cost per acquisition
Stay informed of new betas, tactics, and data trends within the product growth domain.

Here’s what you’ll bring to the team:
7+ years of product strategy experience for a consumer-facing product, preferably for mobile
5+ years of experience in driving and executing growth initiatives
Strong understanding of the mobile ecosystem, including the Apple and Google App Store
Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
Strong analytical skills and experience generating campaign performance reporting
