As Jyve’s Product Manager, you will own one of our key products and growth areas of the business. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end success of new products and features that delight our customers and further Jyve’s vision to support and scale the ecosystems within the grocery business. You’ll build a mobile app that helps grocery stores order merchandise. Lastly, you’ll be doing all this with an amazing team of people across the company. This is a great opportunity for a product manager with strong business and technical acumen, exceptional communication skills and excellent execution.

What you’ll do:

Dive deep into the data to identify opportunities for products that will support our clients, customers and internal teams
Leverage ML and AI to drive thought leadership to automate and transform Jyve’s operations
Working closely with customers to define new products and processes for how we approach jobs-to-done within large-scale grocers and CPG companies
Integrating API’s into a mobile app that will be used to order groceries
Approach your work with sound product judgment and strategy
Own and define the business metrics and KPI’s for the product areas and know how to track, manage, analyze and report them on a regular basis
Monitor the competition and proactively address competitive threats

You will do well in this role if this describes you:

At least five (5) years of experience shipping great products
At least three (3) years launching consumer mobile products
Experience in the mobile market, consumer experience and design principles that influence mobile engagement
Strong experience diving into data to find sources of truth and apply that knowledge to building well thought out product
Experience defining, building and documenting integration experiences with 3rd party API’s
Experience partnering with Sales and Operations team to close strategic accounts
A strong voice on the team and in daily decisions for making the right trade-offs to support our customers
Ability to create thorough specs and back them up with workflow diagrams and wireframes when needed
Natural ability to make things happen around you. You manage project ambiguity, complexity, and interdependencies in an organized and structured way
