  • Analysing user requirements, working out real user needs and turning them into user stories
  • You’ll be a key participant in backlog refinement, three amigo sessions, stand-ups and retrospectives
  • You’ll also be running workshops, facilitating user research sessions with the UX team and meeting with potential and current customers about new opportunities

  • Experience of writing user stories and acceptance criteria
The ability to evaluate information and make speedy decisions

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to engage with developers, colleagues across the organisation, end-users and business stakeholders
  • A proactive attitude with the confidence to work autonomously
  • An eye for good design and a passion for building great user experiences

It would be also great if you:

  • Love learning – we’d love someone with a growth mindset, who knows when to try new things
  • Understand the principles of Kanban and Scrum
  • Have experience working on a consumer product
  • Have worked in cross-functional teams
  • Have experience of working with AI
  • Are interested in any or all of the following:
