Senior Product Strategist

Tigerspike is looking for an experienced Senior Product Strategist to join our NYC team who deeply understands and is excited about digital experiences and products that people love.

This is a hands-on position that requires strategic vision, excellent communication skills, and talent for managing client relationships. A strong grasp of both technology and product details with an enthusiasm and passion for all things digital is key to be successful in this role. In addition an ability to multitask, thrive in a team environment, articulate product vision, write requirements (and execute on those requirements), scope management and prioritization is a must. This is a unique position for a passionate person who is eager to master all the key factors in product management, including working with clients and implementing projects across multiple technology teams.

Responsibilities:
•Communicating ideas, best practices and guiding principles for creating world-class digital experiences
•Working directly with clients and product stakeholders to gather requirements
•Helping clients understand our iterative project delivery approach, focusing on delivering a Minimum Viable Product through careful and deliberate prioritization
•Writing clean, precise and detailed strategic documents, briefs, requirements and product roadmaps
•Facilitating collaborative working sessions and presenting ideas and solutions to clients, stakeholders and project teams
•Collaborating with content, design, development and product teams to create new products and features that support and enhance cross-platform experiences and strategies

Experience:
•Minimum 7 years of digital product management for high-traffic, enterprise-level, customer-facing digital products
•Bachelors in Human Cognitive Interaction, Design, Media or related field. (Master’s Degree a plus)
•Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
•Demonstrated knowledge of design principles for iOS, Android and web (mobile/desktop/responsive)
•High level of motivation to solve existing problems while anticipating new issues
•Ability to work collaboratively with others and navigate complex decision making
•Previous success working with an agile development team
•Portfolio of digital work with demonstrated high-quality documentation
