The opportunity

Whilst we serve businesses, we’re designing a service with a distinct consumer characteristic. Our team needs to be skilled at identifying opportunities to differentiate our product and deliver unique value in a complex market: homogenisation of our product would be a failure, making it bespoke is impossible. We consider the behaviors and emotions of our users and build a service that delivers value. We have to recognise we can’t build everything, and there isn’t a run book to build this.

Pulse is looking for an Agile Coach to help us launch a new business. We are seeking somebody, adventurous and passionate about delivering on our mission to help every small business succeed.

At Pulse, the role of Agile Coach is to foster a culture of delivery, empowerment and effective way of working for our whole team – enabling the incredible people we have, to do their best every day. You’ll be confident working at all levels in the team, influencing our culture and approach and getting the right tools in place for everyone. We’re building their first ever data business from scratch and challenging anything we need to change to make the business a success – you’ll be leading and representing the way we do things, and why we do it that way. You won’t need to know financial services, you’ll be experienced in breaking down barriers, operating with an agile mindset and in turn further developing a self-sustaining and resilient agile culture within our team.
