Now, a radical customer and product led transformation means your vital input will help refine this vision and define our approach to product management across the business. You will develop strategy and lead product teams, embedding best in class product management across all areas and achieving balance across quality, financial, stakeholder and customer measures and working with board level stakeholders to deliver product plans and real change.
Holding a degree or equivalent professional qualification you will know how to balance the management and development of professional products and services while meeting the needs of discerning and technically knowledgeable people, building key relationships with a range of partners and stakeholders. Having led product management teams and implemented strategic transformation you take a balanced approach and adapt to exploit opportunities and manage risks. You can translate a vision into achievable goals and provide clear direction.
