KidsKnowBest is the fastest-growing digital kids’ media agency in the UK. We specialise in market research, insights, content creation and marketing with clients including Disney, Universal, SONY, Warner Bros, and many others.

We’re launching a new range of digital products and need an ambitious Associate Product Manager to join our talented team and help take these products to market. You’ll report directly to the Chief Product Officer and play a key role in defining, delivering, analysing and optimising features for maximum impact. This is the perfect role for someone looking to progress towards becoming a product manager.

Responsibilities …

  • Researching and analysing all feature requests
  • Writing up feature specifications
  • Backlog grooming and prioritisation
  • Running a ‘lite’ Scrum development process
  • User testing
  • Quality assurance
  • Analysing data to help shape product decisions
  • Researching competitors and market trends

You must have …

  • At least two years of experience working in a related capacity with a digital product or at a digital agency
  • Experience of Agile/Scrum software development processes
  • Strong knowledge of typical digital production tools such as Photoshop, Sketch etc
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A calm and considered way of working, able to switch between different types of tasks in a busy and demanding environment

It would be great if you had …

  • Qualifications in computer science, UX or project management
