As part of the Product Management team you will own one or more critical components of our TMC platform, defining the vision, strategy and roadmap. Reporting to the Director of Product, you will collaborate across many different Autonomic teams as well as our customers and technology partners to help us create the future of Transportation and Mobility.
Own the vision, strategy, planning and execution for Customer Experience at Autonomic, including but not limited to UI, API usability, user journeys, documentation, training
Working closely with our support team, provide tools & processes to ensure our customers and developers have the best possible experience resolving their questions or issues
Be the champion and subject matter expert (SME) for Developer eXperience(DX), ensuring consistently high standards as the platform continues to grow & mature
Participate in high-level strategic planning meetings with customers, executives, and effectively translate topics in the broader customer experience domain into actionable goals & tasks
Take a lead role in discussions with engineers, designers and other stakeholders in discussions ranging from high-concept design to deep technical levels, making sure the voice of the market and our customers is being heard
Balance competing priorities to optimize the product roadmap
Occasionally manage projects relevant to areas of expertise to bring about change in product, processes, organization
Design and implement responses to CX, DX or documentation aspects of customer-driven programs
Recent experience managing cloud-native platform products
Experience managing platforms products with a strong API component where developers are a key type of customer
User/developer centric philosophy and approach to product management including proven ability to rapidly & iteratively create interface design hypotheses, test, and if validated take the design to production
Strong technical and leadership skills, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Equally comfortable interfacing with agile development teams and stakeholders at customer and partner organizations, including large multinational corporations
Experience managing product backlogs in an agile environment
Product management experience with platform microservices
Understand agile rituals and artifacts – inception, iteration planning, retrospectives, etc.
Assist in design, implementation and use of UI, API, documentation standards
Above all, you have a passion for customer success
Recent experience in one or more of the following: CX, UX, Developer eXperience(DX), Information Architecture, HCI/Interaction Design, Visual Design, Design Research, Usability Design/Testing, HMI
Masters or Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or similar discipline
Minimum of 3 years in a technical product management role in an enterprise setting
Background in transportation, automotive, embedded systems, IoT
Experience with cloud deployments on Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, AliCloud or similar
Stay abreast of current CX, DX, UX, & design trends
Well versed in Privacy By Design and various privacy frameworks as they relate to platform design
