We apply the culture, processes, technology and operating models of the internet era to help teams build and run excellent services.

You’ll also play an important role in helping to grow Public Digital’s partnerships and reputation in this field.

You’ll:

-contribute to building a comprehensive understanding of our clients’ strategic direction, issues and delivery goals
-assist Public Digital partners and directors with running client relationships, organising regular check-ins, capturing actions and making sure they happen
-design and deliver research about digital government best practices around the world and/or digital transformation in international development
-write blog posts or other articles on aspects of digital transformation in international development; attend and speak at public events as a representative of Public Digital
-contribute to the corporate life and growth of Public Digital as a values-led business

You’ll have:

-demonstrated interest and experience in both digital transformation and international development. This might have been in roles such as product owner, delivery manager or service designer
-a track record of successfully delivering projects or components of projects with a diverse set of clients and/or partners, ideally as part of international, distributed teams
-experience of working directly with decision makers and delivery teams within a large, complex organisation; this might have been in a government, an international organisation, a large foundation, or a multinational corporation
-professional fluency in both French and English
-ability to write clearly and concisely to a publishable standard – including about technical concepts

Desirable:

-engaging with new thinking or research around digital development, digital government, or organisational change. This might have been through blog posts, meet-ups, conference talks, articles or other media
-having worked in the Global South – particularly in Francophone Sub-Saharan Africa – is an advantage
