Responsibilities

– Leading the ideation process for all of our products developing creative solutions to our customer’s problems
– Own the product prioritisation process thereby ensuring there is a shared vision across the company of features for development
– Work with business stakeholders to build consensus on product priorities and our technical team to ensure your vision is realised.
– Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
– Define and analyse metrics that inform the success of products
– Work to enhance existing processes to maximise efficiency in a fast paced environment
– Liaising with engineering, design and other departments in the company
– Develop strong product assumptions, validate them quickly, and make product trade-offs before starting implementation
– Challenge technical decisions, knowing when it’s right to build fast to test, versus building more robust software

Skills

– 5+ years product management or product design experience
– Organizational and analytical skills
– Demonstrable experience in end-to-end product delivery
– Excellent team player, able to understand requirements from across various functions and work together to reach a team goal
– Excellent data analytic skills and experience using data to drive decision making
– Experience working closely with UI/UX would be highly beneficial
– Demonstrable experience with creative solutions for products
– Ideally in an analytic/fin-tech background
