Lucky Voice Karaoke Group is looking for a brilliant Product Manager to join our team in London. Founded by Martha Lane Fox and Nick Thistleton, Lucky Voice is a growing karaoke company with lots of exciting plans for the future, having opened our most successful venue in Holborn this year. We are looking for an ambitious Product Manager to join our team to take care of the future of our digital products. We work in close-knit cross-departmental teams and value collaboration, innovation and integrity. With a range of digital products spanning from multiple websites to bespoke karaoke software, our product team work on a number of projects, striving to continuously improve the end-to-end karaoke experience for our users and customers.

We’re looking for someone with experience of:

  • Working with agile methodologies (we use Scrum)
  • Breaking down user problems into epics, user stories and tickets (we use ASANA and JIRA)
  • Working with a remote team of developers
  • Planning, managing, carrying out and analysing user testing – from face to face, through remote to surveys, heat maps and online polls
  • Managing multiple digital products and projects simultaneously
  • Creating and managing roadmaps and sprints
  • Managing teams and external agencies
  • Project risk assessment and evaluation within product management
  • UX research and design across web and mobile applications

Day to day you will:

  • Manage a cross-functional team including a Junior Product Manager, a Project Manager and a team of software engineers and testers
  • Brainstorm, test and develop product improvements through quick prototyping, wireframing and user behaviour analysis
  • Work with the Junior Product Manager on planning, managing, carrying out and analysing user research
  • Work with the Sales and venue Managers on an ongoing calibration of the booking system to support their teams in enquiry conversion and a delivery of a great end-to-end karaoke experience
  • Work with a Designer and a Brand Manager on the delivery of updates to the UI of our products
  • Work with a Project Manager, a team of engineers and a Junior Product Manager on planning and timely delivery of all running projects
  • Work with the senior management team on the alignment of the business objectives with user-research backed product improvements
  • Ensure that there are clear, up-to-date and on-strategy objectives and indicators, by appropriately setting and continuously managing OKRs, backlogs, sprints etc.
  • Create, drive and maintain roadmaps for multiple digital products including our website and the bespoke karaoke software
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, Operations, Sales and IT on ongoing improvements to the digital products and systems in line with their teams’ suggestions and requirements
    Support the Junior Product Manager in the company-wide reporting delivery and optimisation of the existing reports

  • Care to advocate for the user and have their best interest, enjoyment and satisfaction from interaction with the products you build at the centre of your attention
  • Look forward to support, share knowledge and experience with the less experienced members of the team (and wider business)
