About the job:
We’re looking for someone to drive the development of the products and services that donors and charities use in the future.
You will lead the development of medium-sized and large digital projects, from identifying opportunities with current and potential customers, to delivering and launching new products and enhancements into the market. You will draw heavily on Lean and Agile methodologies to focus on customer needs.
The ideal candidate will be skilled at product development and innovation and experienced at generating and distilling insight to build excellent products and services with a natural customer fit. You will be an instinctive leader, used to bringing cross-functional teams together around a clear and compelling vision. You might bring experience from digital, financial services or charities. You will be self-motivated and entrepreneurial, great at getting stakeholder buy-in and relish taking on a challenge and running with it.
You will be part of a small, creative and disciplined product development team, driving a radical re-shaping of the products and services that we offer to charities and donors, to grow the income of all charities.
