At Savonix, our mission is to provide real-time cognitive data and insights to advance positive health outcomes, power the development of innovative therapies for brain health, and improve the lives of patients. We do this with our digital cognitive health assessment product, which tests patients across many dimensions of brain health and provides those results to caregivers to help patients maintain and improve their cognition.
In the Product department the Senior Product Manager will work with teammates to perform market research, user testing, and will analyze the data, science, and medicine that supports our Products. This role is responsible for the requirements to build, scale and maintain the systems that delivery critical, evidence-based, cognitive health assessment tools to individuals and their care community in real-time; at a fraction of the time and cost of traditional clinician-administered neurocognitive tests. The product team is accountable for the requirements and documentation, and will share responsibilities for market and clinical R&D such as regional user research, fine-tuning scoring algorithms, and designing and conducting reliability and validity testing.
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who has experience in these key areas of responsibility with this role:
Conduct market research with business development by
- Identifying and prioritizing key customer / user pain points
- Understanding the strengths / weaknesses of our solutions
- Conducting competitive analysis to differentiate our product
- Performing usability testing and compiling feedback on live product offerings
- Getting usability feedback on upcoming product changes
- Analyzing product KPIs to identify trends and opportunities
Contribute to a product roadmap by balancing between
- Enhancing the current product for customers based on data
- Specifying a next generation platform
- Addressing internal stakeholder requests, such as scientific methodology or scoring algorithm changes
Execute on roadmap by
- Keeping all stakeholders on the schedule for the next deliverable by managing inter- and intra- departmental dependencies including but not limited to :
- Seeking and receiving approvals for content, graphical and last minute feature changes
- Coordinating with external content delivery, editing and translation services
- Triaging the difference in Asia vs US requirements in business, logistics, clients and Technology-related perspectives
- Managing interaction between Sales, Marketing, Content Management and Technology departments
- Creating artifacts like wireframes, user stories and requirements / acceptance criteria to communicate with engineering and design
- Working with engineering team to chop big bodies of work into small, releasable / valuable chunks
- Driving translation management with translators and QA linguists
- Keeping stakeholders informed of product releases
Optimize the product development process by
- Identifying ways to get feedback through prototypes or incremental product changes (agility)
- Ensuring stakeholders have a way to participate in / be informed of product decisions at the right time
- Documenting product changes for internal and external audiences
