We are searching for a Senior Product Manager to improve our already successful Managed Detection and Response (MDR) service by delivering even more value to more customers and helping them understand that value.
We’re a team of talented engineers and security professionals. Our team has led cybersecurity at the White House, led NVIDIA’s cloud platform, helped build Akamai’s security practice, built the cloud platform for Microsoft’s Advanced Threat Protection product lines, and launched ML at WatchGuard.

Learn about the cybersecurity needs of our current and future MDR customers through their feedback, research, and your own experience
Use what you learn to create a vision and strategy for our MDR service
Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales to define features that delight customers, align with your vision, and can be delivered efficiently by our Security Operations Center
Measure the impact of these features and adjust strategy accordingly
Design user experiences (UX) that are pleasing and enable our customers to realize the full value of our MDR service
Ensure the price of the service reflects that value delivered to customers
