As the Associate Director of Product (Consolidated Consumer Platform / CCP) you have an extensive and exciting area of influence: drive the development and strategy of next generation global ecommerce and content websites of Ticketmaster.
The Associate Director of Product (CCP) will own the pipeline of key projects focussed on adding next generation capabilities to Ticketmaster’s ecommerce propositions and take it live progressively across Ticketmaster’s global markets (North America / Europe / Middle East and Australasia) in close collaboration with individual market teams and business/technology stakeholders, and ensure that individual markets consumer requirements and business needs are well supported.
The Associate Director of Product (CCP) plays a key role in shaping Ticketmaster’s ecommerce sites/mobile sites & apps with a collaborative team of product managers and technology teams across Ticketmaster and most importantly improving the customer experience and customer perception through all touch-points and channels.
Responsibilities
Product Management:
•Basics – Understanding vision of the CCP program and framing the long term roadmap for your product portfolio focussed on improving end to end purchase experience across TM sites globally.
•With eyes focused squarely on the future, understand the business requirements and customer propositions as it stands today and use it to design and develop next gen propositions with strong backing of business and technical rationale.
•Own and shape the roadmap for your product as well as the service / API infrastructure that will power that in collaboration with stakeholders in technology.
•In this role you are responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analysing, positioning, packaging, promoting and tailoring our solutions to all the markets where Ticketmaster does business.
•Create/own the process and analytics infrastructure needed to get metrics that inform/measure the success of products.
•Manage communication strategy for your product stream at every level — within teams, within the company, to users, to press, and other audiences.
•Lead and own post-launch optimizations including developing MVT testing strategies.
Team Collaboration:
•Identify barriers to team performance and success and work to remove these barriers
•Ensure timely upwards management of workload to ensure your team is able to execute against core priorities
•Create a creative, collaborative and open environment for your team where they feel comfortable sharing ideas and opinions as well as asking for help
