As the Associate Director of Product (Resale) you have an extensive and exciting area of influence: drive the vision, strategy, and development of the existing resale products, and the expansion and growth plans.
The Associate Director of Product (Resale) will own the pipeline of key projects focussed on Continual optimization of all consumer and back end experiences, integrating resale closer to the primary platforms, and bringing resale to new markets.
Working in close collaboration with individual market, business, technology stakeholders, to ensure that consumer requirements and business needs are well supported.

o TMR (Non US)
o Platinum (Primary)
The Associate Director of Product (Resale) is responsible for leading a team of Product Managers to discover and uncover customer needs in the resale market, defining amazing and ambitious products and delivering those products to market.
You will lead and mentor your team optimising the customer journey on our online products, using agile methodologies that ensure Ticketmaster International delivers on its core business goals. In this role you will have responsibility for large cross-divisional project initiatives, strategy, roadmap planning and tactical execution for resale businesses in UK, Europe and Australia/New Zealand.
Required Skills / Knowledge / Experience
•Natural ability to lead and make things happen around you. You manage project ambiguity, complexity and interdependencies in an organized and structured way. Mobilize support as needed by your team working in collaboration with your line manager and exec teams.
•Understanding of the technical architecture of complex and highly scalable web and mobile applications
•Previous ecommerce product management experience
•Experience of user centred design
•Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage diverse stakeholders across businesses and levels.
•Proven experience of working in an Agile framework
•Proven experience in line management
•Strong experience in using web analytics
•Educated to degree level.
