For a contract term of 3 months full time or 5-6 months part time.
Based in our London office you’ll be working with our team to deliver
• a detailed roadmap for a CMS build that suits our business needs
• a prioritised list of near term and long term features with associated benefits defined
• a production level launch of the first few features
You will
• work with business and tech stakeholders to help them define their needs and priorities
• work with the content and SEO teams to refine and articulate our content strategy & CRO opportunities
• focus the development on features that allow us to improve SEO and/or conversion rates
• take the role of agile product owner to craft use cases, user stories, process diagrams, etc for near term prioritised features
• manage stories through development ensuring business needs are met & upskill existing business owner to take on this role
• present a roadmap for future features that meet business and technical needs

• are currently building the CMS in house
• work in a Kanban agile process
• embrace ideas and love working with people who bring new perspectives
Skills we need
We’re looking for someone who
• has experience as an agile product owner
• has extensive experience defining CMS requirements for business improvement (particularly for SEO and CRO)
• likes taking the lead and delivering results
• likes working collaboratively and upskilling colleagues
• ideally has experience defining content strategies with SEO in mind
