Our team is growing rapidly and we’re now looking for a Senior Product Owner to help develop our already outstanding reputation.

Join us and you’ll devise and deliver a portfolio of analytics products that enable the quickest, best-informed operational improvements in retail. Essentially web analytics for stores, this includes everything from time-and-motion to energy usage and colleague workflow. It’s about owning the end-to-end product – measuring, recording and analysing data and turning insight into easily comprehensible actions.

As a Product Owner, you’ll:

• Launch new products as well as enhancing existing ones
• Develop the vision, strategy and roadmap that will ensure their high performance
• Design services that our customers and colleagues love, working with architects, project managers and engineers
• Mentor and coach other product owners, bringing depth of insight into both products and customer needs

You’ll need:

• Experience delivering change in a commercial, business or UX team, managing and communicating with multiple stakeholders
• A degree or equivalent practical experience
• Ideally, some web analytics methodologies and tools experience
• Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills – flexible thinking with efficiency and effectiveness at its core
• Entrepreneurial drive and a real passion for retail
