Product Manager

We are looking for a seasoned Product Manager to join our growing product org at Arena. As a company that is committed to using data to transform the workforce such that people and organizations thrive, you will be at the center of that mission.

Arena has raised over $20MM to date and has built a passionate team in our New York and Baltimore offices. Our Enterprise SaaS offering boasts a robust client roster of leading healthcare organizations including Mount Sinai Health System, Sunrise Senior Living, MultiCare Health System, UMMC, NBI, Benchmark, Legend, CommuniCare, Regional One Health, Friendship Senior Options, and Brightview Senior Living, and more.

What You’ll Do

  • Join our growing product team in the Baltimore office.
  • Work closely with our data science, engineering, sales, and customer success teams to bring cutting edge AI product solutions to life.
  • Draw insights and inspiration from user research, trends in the market, and direct feedback from clients and applicants to define new strategies.
  • Drive innovation, form product hypotheses and craft iterative roadmaps based on qualitative and quantitative feedback.
  • Inspire and catalyze stakeholders around the direction you set to bring new products to life for our customers.

Who You Are

  • 3+ yrs experience managing and developing lovable software products as a seasoned Product Manager.
  • Collaborate with clients, potential clients, and internal teams to understand market needs and trends, and translate them into clear, actionable product requirements.
  • Prioritize projects among competing opportunities, balance customer needs with business priorities, and articulate rationale behind decisions.
  • Deep experience defining product roadmaps, building collaboratively with design and engineering peers, and shipping at scale.
  • Worked on big data products and are familiar with data science centric concepts.
  • Compelling storyteller, with experience communicating concepts and ideas to technical and non-technical folks alike.
  • Proven ability to influence decision-making at all levels within an organization, and in a variety of contexts.
