What you are responsible for
- Conception of user-friendly and mobile-capable web applications
- Creation of information architecture, wireframes, user flows, mockups, click prototypes and visual designs
- Creation of UI layouts for web applications and native apps and maintenance of our design system
- Visual design of concepts for different end devices
- Research and benchmarking of current user experiences
- Design and implementation of usability and A/B tests
- Work in an agile Scrum team together with PM, backend, frontend, UI and marketing
What you bring with you
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of design and implementation of web and mobile applications (please attach a personal portfolio to your application)
- Strong visual capabilities paired with interaction design
- Strong and innovative in conception and precise in execution
- Experience in working with agile teams, Design Thinking, Lean UX
- Profound knowledge of modern tools (Sketch, InVision, etc.)
- Experience in mobile, chatbots, communication is an advantage
- Passion for the fields of service/experience design, usability and visual design
- Good knowledge of web technologies is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of German and English
