Principal Technical PM (Platform)

Miro is building an open product platform that is designed to allow scaling company through 3rd parties — external developers and partners. Currently Miro has beta version of developers platform with already 200+ private apps built on it, and in the following 2 years we need to build API, SDK and iFrame capabilities that allow us to extend the product by 3rd parties and provide excellent developers experience.

As a Principal Tech PM, you will contribute to the overall success of the company making the product scalable through platform approach.

What you’ll do

  • Set up goals, define and execute Developers Platform strategy
    Provide platform consistency, stability and security to Miro, partners and 3rd party developers
  • Oversee product delivery within your area of responsibility
  • Build and coach the current team on product approach, strategy, and operational excellence
  • Communicate strategy, tactics and progress to the team and stakeholders

What you’ll need

  • 5+ years in product development, strong track record in building complex technical products/platforms
  • Strong track record of achieving product success
  • Strong prioritization skills, understanding of business impact for technical solutions
  • Track record managing and building A+ product development teams
  • Understanding of developers audience, building/managing developers community is a strong plus
  • Deep understanding of internal/external customers, incorporating insights into product strategies and tactics
  • Working with a cross-functional team, understanding of agile/scrum, strong execution skills
