How you will contribute?

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be an internal and external champion driving the creation and market penetration of products that provide top and bottom line benefits to many of the largest eCommerce merchants in the world. The Senior Product Manager for Chargebacks is responsible for the end to end life cycle management of our chargeback portal, outsourced service and other associated services.

You will be responsible for: defining the product functionality and strategy, ongoing partner management at a senior level, owning the customer experience; articulating the value proposition; demonstrating significant industry experience and driving the creation of sales enablement tools to ensure the product suite meets its revenue goals.

You will have a deep understanding of the payments ecosystem, ideally of the chargebacks / dispute management process and the needs of merchants looking to prevent or reduce financial losses from e-Commerce fraud.
