Digital Product Manager (12 month FTC)

This digital product manager will play an integral part in delivering the digital adoption and loyalty strategy across web and app.

• Work with the senior eService team to define and develop both the vision and strategy roadmap for digital adoption and loyalty products.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to design and deliver channel specific campaigns that drive adoption, engagement, loyalty and retention of our key customer base.
• Own data driven decision making to ensure UX and UI align customer needs and behaviour.
• Digital product management is key to delivering projects with both agile and waterfall methodologies.
