The Role

We are looking for a curious Product Manager to drive strategy for the expansion, and retention, of the Unbiased customer base. You will be continuously discovering, defining and delivering a product vision that revolutionises the way our customers interact with us. You will have full ownership of your area whilst managing a variety of different projects that support our vision and growth.

 

You will be building a deep understanding of our customers’ needs through user testing and data analysis. You will be keen to share your insights and discovery with the team. Most importantly, you will be passionate about crafting an experience that keeps users active and engaged.

 

You’ll be responsible for…

Acting as the interface between the development team and the wider business
Determining customers’ needs through frequent market research
Discovering product opportunities with a clear customer-centric mindset and select the right solutions based on customer and commercial needs
Moving fast and successfully executing your ideas in collaboration with our engineering teams
Owning your product, setting the vision, creating a smart backlog and setting ambitious and realistic goals based on the KPIs of your product
Mentoring your colleagues in Product, and beyond, by sharing your deep expertise and act as a role model

 

To succeed, you’ll need…

Experience working in a tech start-up
Experience in user testing and gathering insights
Experience working with customer facing products with a focus on conversion through better user experience
Strong commercial acumen
Experience using Jira and Confluence
Strong communication and presentation skills
