Duo offers a Trusted Access platform to help customers make sure only the right users and devices are accessing business application. The product is delivered through a SaaS model and protects access to applications whether they are on-premises or in the cloud. Duo is a mobile-first company and pioneered the concept of leveraging smartphones as authentication devices. Duo is further developing its product to help organizations reduce the risk of data breaches more effectively and easily. Organizations such as Facebook, Yelp, NASA, Toyota, MIT, Harvard and Stanford use Duo’s products.

About This Position:
Duo is on a mission to make security easy and effective. We are looking for a Product Manager (PM) who can help us make this vision a reality. PMs collaborate with various stakeholders from engineering, design, customer success, sales and senior management on a regular basis. PMs play a highly visible role in the company and are critical to the development and execution of Duo’s product strategy. As PMs, we practice what we preach: we validate use cases for problems our customers help us identify; we collaborate on the design of solutions to those problems; we iterate and test those designs, and we do so in an agile framework.

Responsibilities:

-Develop and maintain deep understanding of Duo’s customers and markets.
-Identify the right customer problems to solve.
-Develop short and simple-to-understand product requirements (use case definition).
-Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements.
-Gather qualitative and quantitative data required to prioritize requirements.
-Work with engineering and design teams to develop and deliver products.
-Work with sales and marketing teams to launch products.

Qualifications & Requirements:

-A highly driven and entrepreneurial personality.
-Ability to get stuff done.
-BA/BS preferably in the fields of computer science, engineering, design or mathematics.
-At least 1 year of product management or related experience.
-At least 4 years of experience in engineering, sales engineering, product management, technical customer support or design.
-Highly effective communication skills (written, verbal, 1×1, group).
-A solid understanding of technology fundamentals and current trends (BYOD, mobile, social, consumerization of IT, analytics and cloud.).
-Experience in one or more of these domains is strongly preferred: SaaS, endpoint management, network operations, data analytics, IT security, mobile device management, cloud operations, application security, and identity and access management.
