Position Overview
Architects, engineers, designers, artists, and makers of all backgrounds use Forge to innovate new experiences in manufacturing, architecture, and media. Underlying all of that is data in a variety of formats and used in a wide variety of tools (AutoCAD, Revit, 3DS Max, Fusion, and more). To power the workflows of the future, Autodesk is committed to making it easy to seamlessly flow data between products, services, and 3rd party applications.

The Senior Product Manager will be the voice of the customer as part of the product leadership team and will be a key player in establishing a strategy to enable the free flow of data. You’ll work with designers, engineers, and researchers to conduct user research, validate solutions and launch software products.

Responsibilities
Manage expectations of stakeholders through frequent and clear communication of vision, strategy, and roadmap
Collaborate with designers and researchers to advocate for, plan, and execute user research and solution validation plans
Use a lean product mindset to drive product decisions and roadmap development
Document user needs in workflows, use cases, or customer journeys
Set and evaluate product success using qualitative and quantitative measures
Practice facilitative leadership to drive decision making and prioritization towards positive team and product outcomes
Contribute to the the product management culture at Autodesk

Minimum Qualifications
5+ years working as Product Manager
Experience with shipping technical products
Domain experience with software developer focused products
Ability to break down complex problems into user-focused solutions
Experience defining and tracking product metrics
Experience evaluating a quickly moving competitive landscape
Strong project management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication and persuasive presentation skills
Passion for enabling manufacturers, builders, engineers, and makers to build new workflows from raw data
Familiarity with cloud computing and the way distributed systems interact
Familiarity with computer graphics as used by web, desktop, and mobile platforms
Ability to travel 5-10%
