The Sales Tools Product Owner will be responsible for building and maintaining the roadmap of LCG operational Sales and Retention tools, based on the company’s strategy.
Strive to standardise and introduce Agile Scrum methodologies. Act as the source of documentation. Support the successful delivery of LCG operational Sales and Retention tools through effective facilitation, tracking and reporting.
Assist in the management of key initiatives and programs supporting the strategic objectives of the organization regarding its Sales and Retention business flows.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities
- Successful administration of the LCG operational Sales and Retention tools roadmap
- Ability to split any business requirement into smaller tasks, each being valuable in its own and small enough to be achievable within an iteration
- Effective tracking and communication of development status and metrics
- Support the creation and improvement of Agile Scrum processes, procedures, and tools

Proven experience working with CRM systems and managing Sales and Retention business processes
Proven Online working experience, Gaming/Forex/Spread Betting/Binary Options
Proven experience in providing service to internal stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes
Understanding of project delivery and acceptance processes within a fast-paced business environment
